Preflight Report

Preflight Notification Window

Shows the results of preflight check as per the settings for the preflight report. Two modes are available for notification and reports. The ‘Layout Mode’ checks the linked PDF source files and the ‘Output Mode’ checks the final output file for preflight reports. You may print the notification as a PDF file or access other settings from this window including missing fonts. Every category will list in details like image dimensions and image resolutions.

Print Reports.. :  Make a multi page PDF file with all  preflight report  details.

Missing Fonts Setup.. :  Shows options for replacing  missing fonts .

Optimizer Settings.. :  Open the optimizer settings window to view and edit  optimizer options .

Report Options.. :  Shows  preflight report  options like company name and font etc.
