Job Info

Job Info Window

A short summary of the current layout for future reference. You can open this window using the Job Info menu item on the Setup menu.

Job Name : Suggested name for this layout. This number may appear on the file name and slug line of the output PDF.

Tags and Description : You may add more detailed search tags for future reference in the layout file. (Mac only).

Add Info To PDF : This option will add above info and tags into the output PDF file as searchable keywords.

Job Number : Job number for this layout. This number will also appear on the file name and slug line of the output PDF.

Date : Creation or booking date of the layout / job.

Client : Client name for the job.

Sales Person : The name of the person who booked the job.

Created by : The name of the person who created the layout.

Add Reference Picture : Add a picture to the layout for future references.
