Optimizer

PDF Optimizer Preset:  Applies the chosen PDF optimizer to the current layout. PDF optimizers enable various optimizations such as fixing printing errors, converting color modes (RGB/CMYK/Gray), applying ICC profiles, adhering to PDF standards, generating detailed output reports for the task, implementing conditional preflights, detecting low-resolution images, replacing fonts, adjusting color grading, adding special effects, and more. Numerous optimizers come pre-installed, offering a wide range of options. Additionally, you can customize your own optimizer settings and add them to the preset list for use as a template in future projects.

Font Replacing Mode:  Enables the substitution of missing fonts in the document with fonts available in your system. To activate this feature, you need to enable the font replacement option in the selected PDF optimizer.

However, there are a few settings that enable color conversion and element editing: the 'convert to color mode' option or by applying a PDF Optimizer preset.

Setup.. :  This option shows the color profile option for standard layouts without any optimizer.

Convert To Color Mode :  Allows to convert output PDF to selected color mode. Colors will be converted using the selected color profile for the destination color space. This option only works when the layout does not have an optimizer and a matching profile found on the destination color space.

PDF Version :  PDF versions are used exclusively for RIP compatibility by altering the PDF version numbers. Typically, the output file preserves the source file as it is. However, there are a few settings that enable color conversion and element editing: the 'convert to color mode' option or by applying a PDF Optimizer preset.
